Automobile Removal -
Independent Eviction Agency will remove abandoned vehicles from vacant properties in accordance with client instructions and local codes.

Clean-outs, Trash-outs, and Debris removal -
Removal of all interior and/or exterior debris as requested by client.

Winterization -
The main water supply is shut off, plumbing and water systems are drained. Environmentally safe anti-freeze is added to all fixtures and traps. Warning signs and date will be posted on all items winterized.

Lawn maintenance/grass cuts weekly/ bi-weekly -
Property grounds will be maintained by mowing and trimming grass, shrubbery, and performing other lawn maintenance.

All lawn maintenance is performed in accordance with clients guidelines and schedule desired.

Independent Eviction Agency will inspect to verify the property has remained secure.

Basements and Pools pumped out Roof repair, tarping, and interior renovation -
Minor remodeling including kitchens, bathrooms, and painting.
